Worst nightmare = puking last night’s dinner, half into the basin and half into the toilet.

And almost on the heals of that last post, down I went with the flu. It started with a sore throat. I paid it no mind cos I know my sinuses had been irritated in the morning at that Red Cross yard sale… but by the time bedtime rolled around, I knew something was up cos I started to feel icky too .. icky meaning, achy and just … ick!
