Moms are always right, so lemme follow my own Mom’s advice and do a pros and cons list for me to keep track of and for you all to see where my head is at:

Cons (just to get them out of the way first so the Pros leave a sweet taste in the mouth)

  1. Texas FAR
  2. Texas HOT
  3. Texas FLAT
  4. Texas have too many gun-toting civilians for my comfort levels
  5. Texas have more insect wildlife than my comfort levels can stand also
  6. Far away from Michigan

And … the Pros

  1. A new place
  2. A larger town, with more to see, and more places to go.
  3. AT&T 3G coverage ALL OVA DE PLACE
  4. Near to an international airport – means maybe cheaper flights home to Jamaica
  5. I get to redecorate without spending the money to buy new furniture – just have to rearrange the old stuff in a new house – which is just as good as new stuff in an old house
  6. Wanderlust tonic – it’s a whole new place to explore and discover
  7. Possibly better job prospects

Hmm… don’t think I forgot anything…

Results? Pros win over the Cons, ladies and gentlemen. So load ‘em up – we’re headin’ to Texas!!!
